I think this song describe a love story and it is dedicate to a girl which as fight with him and he feel awful and deseppointed, he show that he is angry with "her" and that he bothers about all the things she do. "he shows"
"he says again"
and also these two phrases:
"it is dedicated to a girl who has fought with him".
"Those phrases show me that he loves her and he is prepared to stay with her and suffer for her".
